Université Evangélique en Afrique (UEA), the Panzi General Reference Hospital, the Panzi Foundation as well as the Dénis Mukwege Center of Excellence of UEA organized from Wednesday 14 to Thursday 15 April 2021, two open scientific days to local researchers (Assistants, Senior Lecturers, PhD students, Doctors and Professors) on the central theme "Reparation for victims of sexual violence". The medical, psychological, socio-economic and legal aspects attracted the attention of the organizers. The objective of these two scientific days was to give researchers and practitioners the opportunity to present the results of their research in relation to the theme of the mentioned days. It is about:

  • Provide an orientation framework for researchers who have submitted their abstracts in order to gather the points of view of the members of the juries and the participants to improve their dissertations on the basis of remarks and suggestions.
  • Share the raw results of their research and collect the opinions and considerations of other researchers;
  • Take advantage of the methodological support of the members of the juries in order to have proven scientific results;
  • Allow the members of the juries as well as the managers to retain the dissertations for the "2nd Congress of the International Mukwege Chair ".

  • The organization has known the scientific committee, the juries, the pillars, the secretariat and the teams of technicians, communication and press, security, protocol and catering, and support including drivers and workers. It is important to note particularly here the organizers, the head of the scientific committee and the pillars.
